I draw upon a strong educational background in art history and years of living and teaching in Europe. After receiving a B.A. degree in art history from Vassar College, I moved to Europe, eventually settling in Rome. Building on my knowledge of art history and the visual arts, I have been translating art-related texts for over thirty years. I understand the nuances of subject matter and the intricacies of the different languages with which I work. Apart from accuracy, I place great emphasis on the fluency and grace of the final translated text, which must read naturally and seamlessly in English.
